![]() I am using standalone Acronis Snap Deploy 5 version 1749 bootable media but when I launch the master image creator the main Windows OS Partition is listed as "Unknown" and the Type is listed as "FS: 'Unknown' Partition: 0x0 (Unused)". I'm having the same issue trying to creating a master image from a Lenovo Thinkpad T470s computer running Windows 10 version 1709. I have tried the sector by sector and had no luck, so I will be interested if you have any luck. Sounds exactly the same, we are only making simple changes, nothing to bios or serious system changes. Snap deploy says it can continue, but only if I let it to a sector by sector image. The only thing I've done is install our company software. ![]() Trying to make a master, and the C-Drive is "Unknown", file system also says "unknown". "I'm having the same thing come up with brand new Dell lat's 5480. If I take the machine and uninstall any software (usually we uninstall default HP software) and then install our company software on it (simple stuff like Microsoft office and checkpoint VPN) then the drive starts showing up as the unknown partition. Out of the box if I image the laptop with its factory settings the machine shows up fine. The issue occurs when any change is made to the original OS. "What types of changes are you making and where, that causes issues (configuration of the task in the SD5 console, changes during the deployment, changes to the drive after the image is deployed)? A change to the bios settings?"
